Is it scary to tell someone you do not know who they are enough?

I do not have all the classes with the girls (I'm in engineering) and the only time I really in all cuties hump is when I walk on campus. I'm an interesting guy but is it just weird to walk in someone and start with a compliment? Or is it better to do something (you know where to turn around and _____?) the pot for a while? I guess I'm stuck with the approach. Suggestions?

Um I have happens to me a few times and honestly I slip in, sorry. I know you probably have good intentions and that really means, but when I'm walking around, shopping, or sit and eat what you have, I'm not thinking about what I look like, if a person walking with Burt, "you're pretty," I feel embarrassed, as if there was something wrong with me. I know, backwards, but he seems so sincere when it happens. Hmm, you know where is not good because thats an easy yes or no and you lost. Wow, I'm trying to think of a good approach and hard. You can pretend to conduct a servey for one of your classes. But make convincing that does not come off as either frightening. You can also ask if you can sit and have lunch with her if she is alone. Hmm, I'm so sorry I'm not much help.
