When you go into a really groovy salad bar in one of the big hotels in N. Delhi or Mumbai ... or anywhere...?

... in even smaller cities or towns in India, what sort of yummy things do you find to eat?

Please tell me in detail ... because I REALLY want to know !!!

But, just in India .... although .....er ... I might take Nepal, Sikkim and Bhutan ... and Tibet ... but mostly I want to know about INDIA.... and Southern India, too .... well, ok ... Bangladesh and Pakistan, can answer too!

I just wanna know what is EVERYBODY DOING
these days !!

I mean, is it too cold in Simla to grow lettuces and green soybeans (edamame)?

If you really are missing something, TELL me and I will put it into prayer for you.

thank you ever so much!
Peace & Love

Please get the salad bar out of your mind while in India.
For somebody who lives there, their system will be used to the bacteria etc. If you are a new comer to India do not do not do not eat uncooked food, only hot piping hot food.

I have been there four times on extensive trips, it is a lovely place to go to. Lots of curry food either with meat or vegetarian served with rice. People eat with utensils, however using the hands is most common.

To satisfy your raw fiber intake, buy fruit and take a potato peeler with you to peel. Wash your hands often and do not eat with unwashed hands after handling money.

Another caution when in Nepal, Sikkim or Bhutan or Tibet. . .do not eat raw vegetables since your system does not have the immunities theirs have. In all these mountain Kingdoms as in some other South Asian countries, they fertilize with untreated human and animal waste. In china they even call it 'Night Soil'
In all this region Hepatitis A is very common and how do you think one gets that. Just enjoy your trip and take my advice.
