Can Red/Orange Hair Dye Be Permanent?

well, yes it can it just mainly depends on the type of red/orange hair dye. i use hair bye from hottopic and spencers and i sleep with it in and in the morning i wash it out and it stays in for a while but slowly washes out (semi-permanent). but you always can get the "natural" hair colors from walmart or somewhere like that and they should stay in for longer but there of course not the cartoon looking. there is permanent hair dye you can buy that doesnt wash out. but i dont know where to get that from.
